Wondering what you are in for?  There are no quick fixes, one-size-fits-all approaches or yoyo cycles.  While each program is different and customized for you, these are a few things you can expect:

By using a mix of cardio intervals and strength training we can get you in your skinny jeans in a fraction of the time.

Not ready for the suspended spider-man push-up? No worries – we work on what works for you.

*Convenient

We can work out in your home or at a park, with your children participating, with friends or on a super luxurious yacht (a girl can dream, can’t she?). 

*Fun

Well, actually it’s going to suck at first.  You’ll sweat, be sore and will occasionally curse my name.  But we will have fun doing it together and you will see results.
